Domestic Shipping

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We ship through reliable carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx
  • DHL

International Shipping

Delays and Issues

Shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high demand. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members.
  • Verify the delivery address entered at checkout.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for more assistance.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
