Custo’s Members Club is a paid membership program that provides members with exclusive benefits, including automatic discounts, early access to product releases, and other member-only perks. Membership is available for $100 per year and renews automatically on an annual basis unless canceled.

Membership is billed annually at $100 USD. By purchasing the membership, you agree to automatic renewal each year on the original purchase date. Your payment method will be automatically charged unless the membership is canceled before the renewal date.

Members may cancel their membership at any time through their customer account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

If a membership is canceled, benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which the membership will not renew.

Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has started.

Active members receive a 10% automatic discount on eligible purchases sitewide while their membership is active.

The discount:

• Is applied automatically at checkout when the customer is logged in.
• Cannot be combined with certain promotions or special offers.
• May be excluded from limited products, gift cards, or special releases at the discretion of Custo’s Shop.

Members may receive early access to new product releases, capsule drops, or limited collections before they are made available to the general public.

Early access availability may vary depending on product launches and inventory levels.

Custo’s Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if it determines that the membership program is being abused, misused, or used in violation of these terms.
